Your order is not binding until accepted by Freya Prism. Your order is accepted only after we have received and processed your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it; once your order has been accepted, Freya Prism may not be able to accept a cancellation request. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number you provided when placing the order.

You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Once we hand over the products to the carrier, title and the risk of loss pass to you.
